Bo Østerberg Kristensen was appointed Vice President of Information Technology at Canpotex, on May 6, 2024. 

Bo is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of global consulting and industry expertise, specializing in large-scale technology and business transformation programs. Prior to joining Canpotex, he served as Executive Director of Technology Risk Consulting at KPMG Canada in Saskatoon, Group Head of Consulting at inu:it in Greenland, and Vice President of Service Delivery, Group IT at Vestas Wind Systems in Denmark. He has also held positions in Switzerland and the UK. 

Bo holds a Master's degree in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Additionally, he has completed the CISO Business Essentials Program at Dartmouth College's Tuck School of Business. 

His extensive experience in leading IT landscapes and transformative technological change positions him well to spearhead Canpotex’s IT initiatives with innovative and strategic approaches.
