Canpotex is committed to conducting our business with the highest level of integrity, ethics, and respect to our employees, customers, stakeholders, and communities.

As Canpotex representatives, it is important that members of the Board of Directors, officers, employees, brokers, agents, contractors and sales representatives act in a manner that exhibits the highest standards of integrity, and fosters a culture of honesty and accountability in all our relationships.

By operating with integrity, we will comply with all applicable laws and will respect cultural differences as well as the dignity and rights of individuals. We will also hold our third-party suppliers to the same core values to which we hold ourselves. Canpotex has therefore adopted the following codes of conduct.

Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

The Canpotex Code of Business Conduct and Ethics outlines the basic legal and ethical obligations of all Directors, officers, employees, brokers, contractors, and sales representatives in the Canpotex Group of Companies, regardless of geographic location and job position.

Supplier Code of Conduct

Canpotex’s Supplier Code of Conduct applies to Canpotex’s third-party suppliers of goods and/or services and sets minimum standards and expectations for those suppliers with respect to corporate social responsibility in their operations.
